This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you and goldph governing your use of the goldph platform, all associated services, and every game or betting product accessible through goldph.club.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before accessing, registering for, or using any part of the goldph platform, including goldph Casino, sports betting, bingo, slot games, live dealer games, and all related services accessible at goldph.club (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users worldwide who access the Platform, with particular application to users located in the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the goldph Platform.

Summary for Filipino Players: These Terms form the legal contract between you and goldph. They cover who can play, how accounts work, how money moves in and out, and what rules apply to every game on the Platform. Take time to read them — you agreed to them when you created your goldph account.

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "you") and goldph Operations ("goldph", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the goldph Platform at goldph.club.

1.2 By completing the goldph account registration process, you expressly affirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you are legally permitted to enter binding agreements in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (c) you are at least 21 years of age; and (d) you are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for lawful purposes.

1.3 These Terms must be read in conjunction with goldph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement. Where any conflict arises between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless the conflicting document expressly states otherwise.

1.4 goldph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, goldph will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of the goldph Platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years or older, in compliance with the minimum age requirements established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines. Any attempt by a person under 21 years of age to register, deposit, or play on the goldph Platform is expressly prohibited.

2.2 Age Verification. goldph enforces mandatory Know-Your-Customer (KYC) identity verification for all accounts. Documentary proof of age — using a valid Philippine government-issued identification document such as a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), UMID, driver's licence, passport, or equivalent — is required before any withdrawal can be processed. goldph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the goldph Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. goldph does not represent or warrant that the Platform is accessible or legally permissible in all jurisdictions. Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to use the goldph Platform.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual natural person is permitted to hold one (1) goldph account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

Important: goldph accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal with your account or any credits therein to any third party. Doing so constitutes an immediate and material breach of this Agreement.

Section 3

Account Registration

3.1 To access real-money gaming on the goldph Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile telephone number, and other information as required by goldph's KYC procedures.

3.2 You agree to promptly update any account information that changes and to notify goldph immediately of any discrepancy between your registered information and your current circumstances. goldph may require documentary evidence to support any requested account information update.

3.3 KYC Verification. goldph implements a tiered KYC verification process. Certain features — including withdrawal processing — require completion of Level 2 KYC verification with valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and a current selfie photograph. goldph may, at its absolute discretion, require Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) documentation for accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns or high transaction volumes.

3.4 goldph reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing reasons, or to close or suspend any registered account where goldph reasonably determines that the registration information is false, incomplete, or misleading.

Section 4

Account Security

4.1 You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goldph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. goldph will never request your password through any communication channel.

4.2 You agree to notify goldph immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account, loss of credentials, or any security breach affecting your account. goldph can be reached at any time via the 24/7 live chat facility.

4.3 goldph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including but not limited to losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials by a third party.

4.4 goldph employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, session-based authentication, automatic session timeout after periods of inactivity, IP monitoring, and device fingerprinting. These measures are protective supplements to — not substitutes for — your own responsibility to secure your account credentials.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. goldph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. goldph reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment methods at any time.

5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method as published on the Platform. As a general guideline, minimum GCash deposits begin at ₱100 and minimum GCash withdrawals begin at ₱100.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. goldph targets a 15-minute processing window for GCash and Maya withdrawals under ₱50,000 during normal operating hours. Withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 or involving alternative payment methods may require additional processing time. goldph is not responsible for processing delays attributable to third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network conditions.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) anti-money laundering (AML) checks as required under applicable Philippine financial regulations; and (d) internal fraud and security review where warranted.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on the goldph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless expressly stated otherwise for specific payment methods.

5.6 goldph reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of AML or fraud investigations. Where an investigation reveals a breach of these Terms or applicable law, goldph may freeze, forfeiture, or return funds in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 goldph may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional credits to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which will be published on the goldph Platform at the time the offer is made.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived therefrom.

6.3 goldph reserves the right to: (a) modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time prior to acceptance; (b) deny bonus eligibility to any account reasonably suspected of bonus abuse; (c) void any winnings attributable to a bonus obtained through misrepresentation or exploitation of a technical error.

6.4 Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through the creation of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

6.5 goldph does not permit the use of bonus funds for the purpose of hedging bets or creating guaranteed wins through combined outcomes. Any such activity identified by goldph's trading or risk team will result in the forfeiture of relevant winnings and may result in account suspension.

Section 7

Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 All games available on the goldph Platform — including but not limited to slot games, live dealer casino games, bingo, and table games — are operated in accordance with the published rules for each game, as displayed within the game interface and the game information panel.

7.2 RNG Certification. All non-live games on the goldph Platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are disclosed within each game's information tab. goldph does not manipulate RTP settings in real-time.

7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers operating from certified studios. goldph is not responsible for technical interruptions to live game streams attributable to third-party studio providers, network conditions, or force majeure events. In the event of a technical interruption mid-game, goldph will resolve the outcome in accordance with the applicable game provider's standard procedures.

7.4 Malfunction. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting a game outcome, goldph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stake amounts to players' accounts. goldph's decision on all malfunction-related matters is final.

7.5 Players are responsible for verifying their bet selections before confirmation. goldph does not accept requests to reverse confirmed wagers on grounds of player error.

Section 8

Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Sports betting on the goldph Platform — covering events including but not limited to PBA, NBA, UFC, Premier League, boxing, sabong, and e-sports — is subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

8.2 Odds. All odds are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise indicated. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmed bet placement are the odds that apply to that wager.

8.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. goldph reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without prior notice. In-play bets confirmed prior to market suspension are binding at the confirmed odds.

8.4 Abandoned or Rescheduled Events. Where a sporting event is abandoned before the minimum scheduled time has elapsed, or rescheduled to a date beyond 48 hours of the originally scheduled kick-off or start time, goldph reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return stakes.

8.5 Cash-Out. The cash-out feature allows players to settle bets before the conclusion of an event, at a value calculated by goldph's trading system at the time of the cash-out request. Cash-out requests are not guaranteed and may be unavailable due to market suspensions, odds movements, or technical limitations.

8.6 Maximum Payout. Maximum single-event and parlay payout limits apply and are displayed in the bet slip. goldph reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any bet or market at its discretion.

Section 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the goldph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

  • Registering or maintaining more than one account per individual person;
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
  • Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or while located in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited;
  • Attempting to exploit software errors, game malfunctions, or mathematical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
  • Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without express written consent from goldph;
  • Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports event manipulation;
  • Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer games or any other game format;
  • Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial purpose;
  • Charging back, disputing, or reversing deposits after corresponding wagers have been placed;
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing goldph staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

Anti-Money Laundering. goldph complies with applicable Philippine AML legislation and regulations. goldph is required by law to report suspicious financial activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Using the goldph Platform as a vehicle for money laundering is a serious criminal offence under Philippine law.

Section 10

Responsible Gaming

10.1 goldph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. goldph provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly through Account Settings, including: (a) daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; (b) session duration timers and reminders; (c) cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days; and (d) self-exclusion options ranging from 3 months to permanent exclusion.

10.2 goldph strongly encourages all players to set deposit limits before commencing play. Deposit limit reductions and self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected period.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the goldph Platform — including but not limited to the goldph brand name, logo, trademarks, software, website design, graphics, text, databases, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of goldph or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the goldph Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not confer any right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; (b) create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or (d) use the goldph brand or trademarks for any commercial purpose.

11.3 Any unauthorised use of goldph's intellectual property will be actively pursued through all available legal remedies.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, goldph excludes all liability for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (c) any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform; or (d) any loss attributable to third-party payment providers, network operators, or game studio providers.

12.2 goldph's total cumulative liability to any individual player arising from these Terms or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits goldph's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by goldph's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

12.4 The goldph Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Section 13

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the goldph Platform, you agree to first contact goldph's customer support team via live chat or at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. goldph commits to responding to formal dispute notices within five (5) business days.

13.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of your initial dispute notification, either party may escalate the dispute to arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings to be conducted in English in Metro Manila.

13.4 Notwithstanding the above, goldph reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing prohibited conduct.

Section 14

Amendments to These Terms

14.1 goldph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its absolute discretion. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

14.2 For material changes to these Terms — including changes that affect your rights, limit goldph's liability, or impose new obligations on you — goldph will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via SMS to your registered mobile number or email notification to the address on file.

14.3 Your continued use of the goldph Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request account closure through the live chat support facility.
